Description:

Our larger vessel for private cruises is a 36-foot “bridge cruiser” with more than enough space for the maximum capacity of 6 passengers (limited by the USCG, not the boat). Guests can gather upstairs on the open-air, but covered bridge level, or on the main level outside in the aft cockpit or inside the climate-controlled cabin. The salon has large windows, providing the option of sightseeing in air-conditioned or heated comfort, seated or standing. At anchor, guests are welcome to relax on the bow sun loungers. There is also a bedroom if you need to put the little one down for a nap, or to privately change into your bathing suit.

BATHROOM:

There is a standing-height, private bathroom with locking solid door, a conventional toilet (called a “head” aboard, but remarkably similar to the one you have at home), and a separate shower stall. This full bathroom is indoors, 3 steps down from the salon.

Speed:

The bridge cruiser is designed to move at a leisurely pace. So, plan for a relaxed and serene cruise (6–9 mph) with time to take in the views from outside (upstairs or down) or inside (through the large windows). In a pinch, we can accelerate a bit — but only after the champagne glasses have been stowed.

the elements:

The bridge has a large “bimini” permanently in place to protect against overhead sun. The indoor salon is air conditioned (or heated), allowing you to escape the outdoor elements if you need to.

Misc. Amenities:

  • Climate-controlled interior cabin, bedroom and bathroom.

  • Hot water at sinks and showers.

  • Generator to power all electrical systems underway or at anchor.

  • 2 fridge/freezers + large cooler (with ice on request).

  • Bluetooth/USB sound systems; over-the-air HDTV; blu-ray DVD player in salon & master stateroom.

  • Inflatable 4-person floating lounger plus additional loungers & floats

  • Bow cushions for sunbathing and padded bow seats.

  • Microwave oven; electric stovetop; Nespresso espresso machine; outdoor gas grill.

  • If you have a particular wish or need, please contact us.

Rates, Minimums & Docks:

Due to increased preparation time, lower vessel speed, and a reduced set of pick up locations, the minimum cruise is typically 3 hours. Please email Captain Denny or call us to discuss rates and logistics.

Please note: There are some differences in policies for the cruiser.

  • Cruise duration (or fee) is a minimum of 3 hours in most cases.

  • Guests are requested to wear boat shoes, non-marking soles or remove shoes while aboard.

  • For safety reasons and due to the presence of stairs on the vessel, high heels and dress shoes must be removed prior to boarding.

  • Unfortunately, due to the presence of soft fabrics in the cabin, pets are not permitted.

  • Guests who are non-swimmers are kindly asked to inform the captain for additional guidance on safety. Low-profile, self-inflating life jackets will be offered.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited while underway.

  • Please advise us of any health conditions, mobility issues, or other concerns or questions, in advance of your cruise.

  • Please plan for a 10-minute safety orientation prior to departure. This will not reduce your total recreational cruise time!
